the korea subway, ny metro wishes it had it this good...and clean....the case next to me by the way is filled with masks in the event of an anthrax attack, and only about 10 in the case, what about everyone else? well at least we can use the mobiles in subways, bonus!

I imagine NY would be jealous of a lot of Subway's around the world with regards to cleanliness, etc.
Although all of us public transportation users have definitely seen our fair share of shady things no matter where in the world you are.
Next time you ride the Subway in NY, just clothes your eyes and picture where you are in the picture and all will be better for those few moments, but wait you will still be breathing that same stench...1 out of 2 isn't bad! Glad you enjoyed yourself and your little moment there.
Subways are a place for people that we choose to ignore as people use the illusion of privacy to allow the most base sides of their personality to show. The subways around the world are indicative of the history they have had within the time period. Who knows maybe one day the subway in Korea will be the same as the subways in other major cities.
